Learnest.xyz account holders log in using an email address and password.

Users can create a unique display name for themselves on the My Account page, as an alternative to your First Name and Last Name details.

Keep your password secret. Do not access the Manage My Account tab on the My Account page when others are present.

Forgotten passwords can be changed by the usual means at any time on the My Account page.

You can change a user’s email address at any time on the My Account page.

•

All users on School Packages receive unlimited and unrestricted access to the Learnest Library for 12 months.

Learnest Student Accounts are available to the classes of pupils whose teachers have a Teacher Account.

A single Teacher Account on a School Package is for the use by one designated teacher with their own class, usually a class of up to 35 students who form a year group or part of a year group. The licensed teacher is permitted to access and download any material from our site, and use it for classwork and homework.

Student Accounts on a School Package are for the purpose of accessing materials as instructed by teachers, or independently.

Whole Class Student Accounts on a School Package provide access for all pupils in the designated class.

An Individual Student Account is for the sole use by a single, designated pupil.

In and out of school, licensed students are permitted to access and download any material from our site to their own devices.

PLEASE NOTE:
Sharing the Teacher’s Account outside of the class group is strictly prohibited.

How to use Learnest in Schools

Your Teacher and Student Accounts can be operational within minutes of receiving your unique Learnest school code. Use that code to set up your Teacher and Student Accounts.

That code will link all of your accounts to your school, and enable unlimited downloads for all of your users.

•

Your first 12 month School Licence will activate on your chosen start date and renew on the same date annually.

•

The total cost of your first year package will be invoiced and will be settled in advance of the Licence start date.

Subsequent invoices for School Licences will be settled in advance of the recurring Licence start date.

•

To ensure uninterrupted access to the Library is our priority as your Licence comes up for renewal. In good time prior to your renewal, we will contact your office to prepare for the new Licence Agreement.

Learnest Teacher Accounts are available to any teacher in any school.

Setting Up Teacher Accounts 

1. Upon agreeing an order for your school, we will send you a Learnest school code.

2. Go to register on the My Account page: enter an email address and name for the account.

3. Enter your school’s Learnest school code.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

PLEASE NOTE:
All users will need access to the email account they are registered with in order to administrate the account and receive Learnest notices.

Every teacher has their own My Collection archive of their downloads and is permitted unlimited and unrestricted access to the Learnest Library.

How to use Learnest in Schools

Learnest Student Accounts are available to the classes of pupils whose teachers have a Teacher Account.

Option 1 (admin-light set up)
Request one sharable Student Account providing for usage by all pupils in the designated class. Set up requires just one email address for a Whole Class of pupils.

Option 2
Request one Student Account per pupil in the designated class. Set up requires a unique email address and name/description per pupil.

Setting Up Whole Class Student Accounts

1. Upon agreeing an order for your school, we will send you a Learnest school code.

2. Go to register on the My Account page: enter an email address and name for the account.

3. Enter your school’s Learnest school code.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

All users (or their guardians) will need access to the email account they are registered with in order to administrate the account and receive Learnest notices.

Learnest Student Accounts are available to the pupils whose teachers have a Learnest Teacher Account.

Setting Up Individual Student Accounts

Each account requires an email address and name/description per pupil in all cases.

1. Upon agreeing an order for your school, we will send you a Learnest school code.

2. Go to register on the My Account page: enter an email address and name/description for the account.

3. Enter your Learnest school code.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

Whole Class Students Accounts are just that, an account for each and every pupil in the class.

An Individual Student Account is for the designated use by one student only.

With all the benefits of anytime access to Learnest’s library, we hope that parents too will be encouraged to engage in self-study and homework activities.

How to use Learnest in Schools

All accounts can be managed via My Account.

Reassuringly, Student Account users on a School License do not have the capability to delete an account.

Users can edit other details related to the account, although we are working towards disabling this access for Student accounts.

You can order the addition of new accounts to your School Licence at any time.

Please send us your order.

You can also elect a preferred start date, if not immediately required, for the new accounts.

If the new accounts are required immediately, users will receive access for the remainder of the existing licensed term. Pro rata charges will apply.

Setting Up New Accounts

1. Upon agreeing an additional order for your school, we will send you a Learnest school code.

2. Go to register on the My Account page: enter an email address and name for the account.

3. Enter your new Learnest school code.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

You can order the removal of accounts from your School Licence at any time.

Please send us your order.

You can also elect a preferred termination date, if not immediately required, for the expiring accounts.

A new Licence Agreement will be created without the expired accounts. No charges or refunds will apply.

Terminating Accounts

1. Upon receiving a removal order for your school, we will amend your Licence Agreement and schedule the deactivation on the agreed date.
