Learnest.xyz account holders log in using an email address and password.

Users can create a unique display name for themselves on the My Account page, as an alternative to your First Name and Last Name details.

Keep your password secret. Do not access the Manage My Account tab on the My Account page when others are present.

Forgotten passwords can be changed by the usual means at any time on the My Account page.

You can change a user’s email address at any time on the My Account page.

•

All licences on Tutor Plans provide for unlimited and unrestricted access to the Learnest Library for 12 months.

Learnest Student Accounts are available to pupils whose private tutors have a Tutor Account.

A single Tutor Account on a Tutor Plan is for the designated use by one tutor with any of their clients, outside of a school environment. The licensed tutor is permitted to access and download any material from our site, and use it for classwork and homework.

A Shared Student Account on a Tutor Plan is for the designated use by the tutor’s paying clients, up to 20 users.

A Private Student Account on a Tutor Plan is for the designated use by one student only.

In and out of your private lessons, your licensed students are permitted to access and download any material from our site to their own devices.

PLEASE NOTE:
Sharing the Tutor’s Accounts outside of the tutor’s clientele is strictly prohibited.

How to use Learnest with your students

Your Tutor Account will be operational within a few minutes of making payment at the checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we will send you a Learnest tutor code. Use that code to set up your Student Accounts.

That code will link all of your accounts to your business, and enable unlimited downloads for all of your users.

Your first 12 month Tutor Licence will activate shortly after you check-out on your order. It will renew on the same date, annually.

•

To ensure your uninterrupted access to the Library is our priority as your Licence comes up for renewal. Your Tutor Licence will automatically renew and payment will be collected by your elected means.

•

Tutor Accounts are registered pre-checkout, and as such are operational immediately after checkout.

A single Tutor Account on a Tutor Plan is for the use by one tutor with any of their clients, usually a distinguishable group of students who pay fees for private tuition.

Every tutor has their own My Collection archive of their downloads and is permitted unlimited and unrestricted access to the Learnest Library.

How to use Learnest for Tutors

Setting Up Private Student Accounts

Each account requires an email address and name per pupil in all cases.

1. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a Learnest tutor code.

2. Go to register on the My Account page: enter an email address and name for the account.

3. Enter your Learnest tutor code.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

With all the benefits of anytime access to Learnest’s library, we hope that parents too will be encouraged to engage in self-study and homework activities.

How to use Learnest with your students

You can order the addition of new Student Accounts to your Tutor Licence at any time.

Please send us your order.

You can also elect a preferred start date, if not immediately required, for the new accounts.

If the new accounts are required immediately, users will receive access for the remainder of the existing licensed term. Pro rata charges will apply.

Setting Up New Accounts

1. Upon agreeing an additional order for your business, we will send you a Learnest tutor code.

2. Go to register on the My Account page: enter an email address and name/description for the account.

3. Enter your new Learnest tutor code.

4. Hit the Register button and your account will be available immediately.

You can order the removal of accounts from your Tutor Licence at any time.

Please send us your instruction.

You can also elect a preferred termination date, if not immediately required, for the expiring accounts.

A new Licence Agreement will be created without the expired accounts. No charges or refunds will apply.

Terminating Accounts

1. Upon receiving a removal order for your business, we will amend your Licence Agreement and schedule the deactivation on the agreed date.
